Tallulah Falls Turns Up The School Pride With a Newly Designed Website
The creative web design team at Third Wave Digital is proud to announce the launch of the newly, responsive Tallulah Falls School’s website, tallulahfalls.org. Their first time working with Tallulah Falls, the Third Wave Digital team took their time to get to know the independent, co-educational Boarding and Day school before starting on the project.
Tallulah Falls, Third Wave Digitals’ first co-educational boarding and day school client, was looking for a website that provided easy, accessible information to their current students, while also acting as a recruitment tool for potential students. By creating a user-friendly, mobile-friendly website, all of Tallulah Falls current students, faculty, administration and potential students now can access school information, calendars, student profiles and athletic schedules at a touch of a button.
After extensive research on the school and their mission and purpose, Third Wave began the website process by first re-organizing Tallulah Fall’s previous website structure. Focusing on user-friendliness and accessibility, the site’s architecture now provides the user with a smooth, logical experience. Every page is also equipped with visible links for potential students to apply to the school.
Third Wave Digital not only provided Tallulah Falls School with a fully responsive website, but custom templates for certain parts of the website. The school’s site now has two custom news and press templates, one generic news feed for the school and one specifically for athletics. The customized student profile template allows potential students and parents to read testimonies from current students while also learning interesting facts about the school. A banner manager was also implemented to highlight new events, programs and educational spotlights. Custom templates for athletics allow each sport to spotlight team members, game schedules and team information.
The TWD team worked relentlessly to not only provide a great website, but a website that emphasized the purpose, mission and feel of the school. Tallulah Fall’s fully comprehensive website now accurately represents the school’s spirit, character and pride. Third Wave Digital looks forward to continuing its relationship with Tallulah Falls by providing customer service to the school as their website’s host.
